I used to have a BAGSTER leather tank bag.
Fits a lot of stuff but when full, trying to make a left U-turn, it would go ...BEEP BEEEEP !!!

I'm also interested in getting a tank bag for the Ten.
I'd prefer one that has a clear map pocket on the top and has just enough room for a pair of sunglasses and small water bottle.
If anyone knows of one.

I had s bagster cover and dzeta tank bag on my super tenere. It really worked well but i sold it with the bike.

On the XT i'm considering the givi quick release tank bag http://www.motorbikesandparts.co.uk/...10-bf05-5.html, hepco & becker lock it http://hepcoshop.go-erp.com/produkte...k-it-tankringe or similar

With regard to a small bag: http://www.givi.it/soft-bags/Tank-Bags/3D603%20TANKLOCK

Giant Loop do one that fits that description.

For something a little larger, I would look to Enduristan. They have tank bags that fit the tenere well and are really, really well made items.

Really like the look of their small one:

Waterproof without covers sounds good

Just a point i have a Tenere and the tank is NOT STEEL so the magnetic tank bags wont work!! I have checked this using a strong magnet on my tank.

There are loads of tank bags available, Kriega are supposed to be good, many wont fit a Tenere but some have an adapter that fits to the fuel tank filler (cant remember the manufacturer at the moment). Could be Givi.

I had the famsa on my xtr and it was good, half decent size at I think 19ltrs expanded, well made, didn't really fault the bars unless you didn't tighten it up right. down sides are a pain to fill the bike as you near had to take the bag off to fill up, you can live with it but just a annoying thing really and when off roading standing up got in the way of my knees
