Exclamation bike got louder and vibrates more suddenly

This started happening 2 days ago..

The engine seems like it decelerates faster when I let off the throttle. I know it isn't the wheels or brakes decelerating it because when I pull the clutch in the bike rolls really well..
The bike makes more noise. Like its pulling uphill all the time.
It also vibrates a LOT more than before, at anything over 2000 rpm..
The only mod that the bike has are a set of akrapovic sp cans, and no catalytic converters.
Before it didn't do these things.
Precisely 1 week ago I had the oil changed on the bike... 14000km
Anyone know what the problem might be? KEV?

Try refitting your standard exhaust to see if that fixes the problem.

I know its not the exhaust because it didn't do this even with the akrapovic cans before, but I will do it and post results here.

Had, I guess means you didn't do it? Was it overfilled? Have you checked the level since? Has the airbox got contaminated with oil or is the stock paper element oil-soaked? Have you checked the drain hose?

Clutching at straws here though.

Can you think of anything else that was new, changed or done differently to the bike in the last few days?

When you say more noise, do you mean induction, mechanical, or exhaust type sounds?

The noise is just like the regular noise the bike makes, except louder, and no, absolutely no chances were made to the bike other than the cans that i've always used

Did you make any fuelling adjustments when you fitted the Akropovic?

What colour is the spark plug tip? Have you done a compression check?

It may be that by running open aftermarket exhausts the fuelling has been weakened - enough to burn a valve.

I had these cans before it started making noise and vibrating, nothing was changed
