Weird electricity problem

After a heavy raining/snowing ride, I parked a bike, put out the key, and, while locking out the garage, was amazed.
The bike was ON. With the key out, and in OFF setting (I checked, not parking-mode!) the control panel is lighted, and everything is working. I even tried to push starter, and everything switched off, but it TRIED to start the bike. With key off and so far the immobilizer should work... After a while control panel switched on back again. With some blinking, like loose wire somewhere. It seems that it was something bad in one contact... I disconnected battery, and came back after a couple of days, everything was fine. Until the next rain. Same sh#t again.
Still did not found the problem. A bit nervous)

Maybe you could help me with any places that I should check?
Sorry for my english

Sounds possibly like sticking contacts points in the main relay, or possibly a faulty diode in the relay unit allowing current to flow backwards?

Check is the main relay, which sits next to the starter relay. It's the biggest of the two relay boxes you can see under the seat behind the battery. Take it off and have a look at the connector for corrosion or any other problems. Also you could try drying it out inside for a while?

You should hear it click when the ignition key is turned on and again when the key is moved to the off position.

It could also be a short in the ignition switch itself, or in it's connector?
