KTM Radiator!!
This is what I saw stamped on my radiator when I removed it for service!
It is a KTM radiator. That means some model of ktm shares the same radiator as the xt660 but I have not found anything when googling the numbers. Any suggestions? My xt660 is a 2004 model and it could be that they used parts for the early models that had not been remarked yet. If we could find out what KTM model that uses the same radiator I would guess that the KTM price is much lower as they are generally cheaper on parts. |

Yamaha did own a share in KTM at one stage... In fact a lot of the tec that has put KTM where it is now came from Yamaha around 10 years ago... before that KTM were a dieing brand till Yamaha steped in...

@Kurbens
I own a 2008 XTR. This is a picture of my old KTM radiator: http://www.myimg.de/?img=KTMRadiatorcec35.jpg It looks like yours. I had to buy a new radiator in the year 2012 after the old one has a problem. Ive got this new one: http://www.myimg.de/?img=WPRadiatord14ad.jpg The new XTR radiator has a WP stamp on it, instead of a KTM stamp. The Reason: Mahle has aquired the KTM automotive radiator branch: http://www.mahle.com/mahle/en/news-a...tm-kuehler.jsp The motorcycle radiator branch belongs to Cross Industries AG, but the name has changed from KTM Khler to WP Radiator: http://blog.ktm.com/wp-radiator-cool-stuff-2/ So if you have to order a new radiator for your Yamaha XTX or XTR you get a new WP radiator instead of a KTM radiator.
