OTR - it seems, somewhat expected?

Ordered a Wilbers with remote (6) weeks ago. Two weeks in I made an enquiry to confirm the order had been placed and was assured it had. I ordered through these guys after baulking at the price through the Australian distributor. I did expect to wait around a month, but (6) weeks and still no word on the status of the order. Fool, me. Will not happen again. |

Sorry to hear that, the one man band that runs OTR has the habit of shipping out pretty quick what he has in stock but it makes you suffer when the item is not in stock and yet, he belongs in the Hall of Shame because his website never says "out of stock" so you as the client never know, which is why I have told people time and time again to phone instead or just click buy on line.
