Hi, put one in my Tenere to go along with the Kev fuel and O2 mod, goes very well indeed! It's a cotton type filter as opposed to foam, they come pre oiled so should be good for a good few thousand miles before needing cleaning and re oiling. There are arguments about which is best foam or cotton depending on riding conditions but unless you're in very dusty conditions I'd say you'll be fine, performance wise I think you'll be happy!

Those high flow cotton syle tend to let
dust though...
If yer after a foam filter go for the
OTR one it has a lot more surface area
that the piper cross flat style..
