XTX Vs XTZ fuel economy.
Just a bit of useless information.
Covered 300km on Saturday riding my XTZ and met up with a group ride after 50km. Mostly twisty dirt roads using the corner marker system over 6 hours. When we refuelled both my XTZ and a fellows XTX had used 13.5 lts. Not to shabby hey for 300km. Ok we weren't breaking and speed records but we were loaded for an overnighter. I was riding sweep which did go in my favour. My XTZ in need of a valve adjustment and an oil change with 45k km and his XTX with a mere 4k km and we used exactly them amount of fuel. They just keep on chuggin. |

Riding lovely Spanish A roads at a steady pace I managed 69mpg. I checked this from miles travelled against amount of fuel to fill up to the lip, so not 100% accurate. But was filling up at around the 270-280 miles travelled mark.
