Leaking at hose waterpump

Last weekend I drove 500 km and today I had time to lubricate the chain. I noticed that the wat some coolant between the pump and cylinder

I do not know this type of clamps. Are the adjustebel with a special tool?.

But strange, i drove for 4000km in 4 months. And suddenly the clamp is leaking. Or would it be a gasket?

These clamps give way from time to time.
There is no way to to adjust them.
I replaced them all.
