Please help with this spark plug

Hello, I'm doing some maintenance on my bike and checked my spark plug..
I have difficulties to determine if this is normal or if it is running hot? On the pictures I have seen the difference is quite minimal?

How do you think my spark plug look? If it doesn't look ok, in my case, what can I do in the engine to make it ok? I have seen pictures on spark plugs should be pretty white to chocolate brown. And hot spark plugs are also quite white..

Should I richen my fuel mix more? (I have a GPR PowerJet and Kevs O2 controller installed along with K&N Filter and BSM Slip-on.)

3 pics of my spark plug;

Thanks in advance!

That is a perfect example of a plug in fine fettle. Don't worry about it!

What fuel are you using, Ethanol or unleaded? As the red green tinge is from metal additives been added to fuel to raise the octane rating.

I use plain normal 95 octane unleaded fuel.. Not ethanol.
But I think the swedish petrol can contain some percentage of ethanol.. About 5%.. Is this bad for the engine?

I can not see this green/red tinge on my plug, more than on the photo..

Edit: looks like Swedish petrol stations are nowadays allowed to put in up to 10% ethanol in the 95 octane unleaded gasoline.. But I don't think it is more than 5% ethanol in it yet.
Perhaps I should get 98 octane unleaded gasoline instead of 95 p, or even 99 octane?

Would the Tenere run with pure Ethanol or with E85?
