So After having a gsxr, r1 and Gsx 1400 gone well different and got the xt660x.
What a great bike never smiled so much whilst riding. ( the bike that is).
At the moment completely standard, but have bought:
K n air and oil filters, 02 lambda censor, nitro x commander,
Now I need exhaust, got about 500 to spend, wod like acropovik
But can't afford, have looked at pipeworx, what would you recomend.

Welcome on board Del and enjoy the bike and the site, these guys are the dogs plonkers!! I have Leo Vince and I like them very much, but there are many alternatives. The main gain is the better breathing and the weight reduction, the model you choose is really a matter of taste. Have fun!!!

Great list of mods. Fitted them all in last couple of weeks. Got lucky on eBay with a brand new set of Akers for 500 Happy Days.

All info on my Blog http://trinityzxr750l1.blogspot.co.u...d-tangoed.html

Have fun fettling yours.

I'm having a stainless steel Rad cover fabricated when I get back with Yamaha Tuning Forks on the centre. More to follow on my return. If your interested let me know may be able to get a better price if there are a few buyers.

Next job for me is Tail Tidy but struggling with that at the minute.

Just thought. If you fit the X Nitro commander get a couple of fine male wire connectors it makes the job 100% easier and can be swapped in a matter if seconds back to standard.
