Servicing Melbourne
Hi Folks,
Can anyone from Melbourne recommend somewhere for Servicing in Melbourne, preferably eastern suburbs or city. Bought bike two weeks ago, not happy with the buying experience and service from the dealer(PS) and would prefer to go elsewhere. Thanks |

Hmmm might even be able to guess where you were
I get both my XT660R and the XT1200Z serviced at Frankston Yamaha ... They are a friendly down to earth bunch and I've also found their prices to be acceptable with a very good service standard as well. It's a nice ride down. I generally arrange a Saturday service and just wander off for a coffee while the work gets done.

Unfortunately my experience was the same as yours as was a mate of mine who just purchased a new Triumph. Biggest bunch of rabbits I've come across. So where do we go, good question. Hadn't thought of Frankston, that could be a goer. I'm toying with Yamaha in Lilydale, have had some dealings with them. They're ok but don't give that warm fuzzy feeling. There is 60 degrees in Notting Hill, they get a pretty good wrap though they are general mechanics not specifically Yam. But they seem to know what they are on about.
