RST Adventure Textile Kit Review part3

Waterproof liner is zipped into jacket.

Next there's a quilted lining which is very good from keep the cold out point fo view. This lining works very well and I'm very pleased with it's warmth.

This in turn is zipped to the waterproof liner and also uses tabs to hold it in place.

There's a small pocket that will hold a mobile phone or such like.

Tabs will connect all that is needed.....

Very similar to my Rev'It Off Track Jacket which I think they call Sand now. I like the idea of the pocket for the Hydration Pack and the included back protector rather than the foam effort which came with mine. I take it you purchased the trousers aswell as I'm considering a pair myself. Look forward to the review of those.

The trousers can be seen bellow, front view....you can see vented zips and stretch knee ribs to allow stretching. Also large side pockets that are waterproof, similar to the front pockets of the jacket.

Any light gray strips of material you see in the images are reflective strips for night riding.

Exterior front pockets showing velcro closure and front thigh opening zips for venting. Above the front thigh pockets are normal waterproof interior side pockets...

The bottom of the legs are closed and sealed by a zip, velcro zip cover tab and with a velcro tab at the very bottom.

Moving up you can see the normal side pockets just above the thigh pockets.

There's adjustable buckles on both side of the waist band, which have a silicon tab to stop your fingers slipping off them....a nice touch. There is a silicon band in the interior of the trousers to stop t shirts etc riding up....another nice touch. There's an elasticated side band for comfort there too. There's a zip to attach the jacket to to keep the jacket from blowing up and to keep the draught out. The normal lining is as the jacket ...an orange mesh to keep you cooler. You can see a smaller zip in the interior to allow the liners to be attached.
