Here are the details you need to know for the weekend;

Payment.

Each of you will be responsible for paying your own camping fees. Please report to the site office on arrival and check in before proceeding to the field to set up.


Community Center.

Like last year, we will have a community center, large enough for all of us to keep warm and dry. This will be equipped with some seating, tea coffee, and water facilities.

SteveD will be providing some small burners to provide heat.

We will ask everyone to chip in towards the costs for the community center (Gas, heating, drinks etc). We will suggest a �10 donation to the community fund.


Great North Air Ambulance

Again we will ask for donations. I hope that you will all dig as deep as you can. The GNAA give a great service to bikers, getting them to specialist treatment centers within that golden hour. There are many bikers riding again today who would be in the ground if it wasn't for the work these guys do.

Donations will be your own choice and anything left over from the community fund will be put into the GNAA pot.

Sunday

We would ask that everyone helps out on Sunday morning. clearing rubbish, washing pots, or just a general tidy up. We appreciate some have further to travel than others, but believe me, 20 minutes helping makes a huge difference yet only adds 20 minutes to your delay in getting home.
