yes been using them on the bike and at work for a couple of years, make them fit well and they are good, make them poorly and you will be exposing yourself (potentially) to hearing damage while you think you are protected, no real way of knowing how much protection you have! at work noise level is below required level for ear protection but wearing plugs all day saves you from damaging mindlessly boring chat from co workers = result!!!!
