Skyrich Batteries

I have just got a new Skyrich LiPo battery. Model HJTZ10S-FP, 2.4 Amp. It will replace the original on my MT03. The battery looks good, it was charged enough to start the bike when I had installed it, without having to charge first.
I ordered directly from their website, not through dealers on eBay. It has taken 10 weeks from order and on-line payment with Visa card, to delivery. They used FedEx, so I'm kind of surprised it had to take so long. However some of the delay could very well be that the invoice states the value is USD 5,-. I paid USD 145,-. Here in Singapore that is a signal to the customs to hold it back or simply return it.
I also had some email correspondence with their customer support. The customer support answers fast, but not really with an answer you can use. Well, now we will see how long the battery lasts.

Does it have any special charging needs ?
I use lipos in the model boats and helicopters I run, and they have to be balance charged to make sure each cell is the correct voltage etc
Must be a lot smaller and lighter ??

I have been using a Shoria lithium iron battery for a few years & have never had any problems with them, the Shoria saves 3 kgs of weight compared to the OEM battery.

I guess the LiPo for a bike is designed in such a way, that the elements represent 13.8 - 14,5 volts, not 12. So when a healthy charging system delivers right under 15 volts, the battery reads that as suitable.
It actually does say in the instruction paper not to drain it below 11.5 volts, so I'm not sure what will happen if one day I leave the lights on over night.
