hello guys! i recently had a small modification to my th. body!i cutted the half of the axle (like kennys mod) and bored with a dremel the entrance and exit but not the middle of the body as i left stock throttle plate!
this days here its raining a lot so i can't go out with my baby!
so i decided to mod the throttle body again!i removed the body and the plate !
search my stuff and found an intake from my old car,i removed the throttle plate, its 53mm and the holes for bolds are the same with xt plate!tomorrow i will find a workshop that can bore my body and the plate!ill probably do it 2mm bigger (46mm) as my bike is currently with cans and stage "orestis" airbox
what is your opinion may i should do it 3mm? more air=more power?im uploading some photos..

Nice one we have done +2mm & +3mm throttle bodies over the past few years, do a search on the forum all the Dyno results are there for the bored throttle bodies.

i read them..and saw that from 2mm TB the gain is about 3hp..i hardly believe this (i wish for it)!so what do you suggest Kev +2 or +3?

It all depends on what size valves & Cams you want to run.

well for now i will remain stock!i don't wan't to loose reliability and endurance because i also go for vacations with the bike and km's are a lot for heavy tuned bike!
i made it this morning!
46mm and a lot thinner plate!i will upload photos later ,i think its badass
