Delkevic pipes fitted in less than half an hour. They are very good quality, fit nicely and they are loud! I've taken the baffles out, and just started the bike up havent ridden it yet due to the snow! May have to put the baffles back in if they get annoying. Also a lot lighter than standard, I went for Stainless Ovals with angled outlet. The guy at Delkevic was very helpful, and he knocked 20 off the eBay price as I went direct to Delkevic. Pipes also come with 1yr warranty.
I've just received Kevs fuel mod and o2 controller, havent fitted them yet, thats a job for the weekend. By the way mines a 2010 xtx.
Good luck choosing your pipes mate!

1157jonboy, I hope you get to put a few miles on the bike with just the pipes before you fit the fuel mod. I'm going to go with pipes soon, but am hesitant to do the fuel mod because of extra cost, less mpg on a bike I intend to tour on, and risking giving insurers a reason not to pay up! So, it would be really good to hear your thoughts on the pipes before and after the fuel mod.

Cheers!

Hamslay, I plan on doing just that. I'm planning on going out at the weekend if the snow has cleared up, with just the pipes fitted. Then I'm going to fit the Fuel mod and try that in different situations, and when happy with that, then I will fit the o2 controller. And for now thats all I'm going to do to the bike. I've hammered the Cedit Card so need to start paying that back! Oh yeah and I better spend some time with the wife and kids too!!

1157jonboy, they look pretty cool. glad to hear they fitted easy and bonus for gettin 20 knocked off. i'll be goin direct to them too!!
mines an 09 in white and ive treated her to a k&n air filter, swingarm protectors, fork protectors, exhaust wrap and exhaust protectors, (the ones that look like a spine used on motocrossers). diy tail tidy next on the cards and the pipes.

Chopsy, not sure how soon you need the pipes but when I ordered mine on Friday there were only 3 sets left, not sure how long before they made the next batch.....

Re: which exhaust?

Just stuck an MTC on mine. Sounds great! Also nearly 7kg lighter than the stock but that is on a Ten.
