Main bulb

i have an 09 Tenere, are the main bulbs H4?

i cant check as my bike is in someone else's garage at the mo, but i want to order some Osram night breaker bulbs.

Is XTX the same? Are there any heat issues with the ultra bright bulbs??

I use the extra bright blue tinted bulbs and they are fine but the cheap ebay ones only last about 8months. Loads more light though. I use a 100w in the main too plus the two led units.
