After market Handlebars
I have been looking at changing my bars and would like some advice. At the moment i have Yamaha Hand Guards fitted and would like to re-use them. I have seen some Renthal Fat Bar RC High handlebars at adventure spec for the Tenere but am unsure if the hand guards and standard grips, levers etc will fit them. Any advice on these bars or any other products would be most welcome . Also i have been looking at the adventure spec Crashplate and engine bars combo and would like to know about these if anyone has used them.Thankyou.

Handlebars and end weights
I have the RC high bars on my ten, the original end weights will fit, but you need to tap threads into the bars to screw the original end weights into. As to hand guards, I have the KTM ones which were on my old original bars, and they fit my new RC fat bar just fine, but they are plastic and have some flex, I don't know if the Yam ones will fit. Lots of info on the forum on the adventure spec bash plate, it is a great piece of kit, check here,

Just buy a set of Barkbuster Storms and sell the OE handguards to someone who likes crappy, ineffective handguards
I've done something like 22,000 miles without bar-end weights, and my fingers haven't dropped off yet
