Not specifically.

Hein Gericke do a clear plastic protector sheet that you can cut to shape, I've seen it used on the side of the tank to great effect.

I would imagine that other suppliers will do something similar. eBay is a great source of this sort of thing, I did a search on 'Vinyl Sheet' and this is what came back ->

Generaly though, unless you are off-roading, it's pretty hard to scratch the tank on these. I've no protection and my tank hasn't suffered (other than a couple of offs in sandycrap where my boot tip made a couple of decent marks) from my knees.

You can also buy adhesive dots to protect the tank which come in different finishes. I used to have some on one of my R1's. I'll have a look once I'm at home and see if I can find a link for you.

How about these?

If you look in the sports bike categories you'll see some universal sized pads which might fit. They also do regular tank pad 'spines'.

Hi,

I used the clear sheet to protect the whole knee area of the tank and it works a treat. Yellows a bit over life but there is enough on the sheet to cover it again.
One strange thing was that after making a paper patern for one side it would not fit the other. Different shape! So make a pattern for each side not just a mirror copy.
Also made a cover to go around the key area. Trickier.
