What will it look like???????????????????

As already said pick new xt660x tomorrow cant wait I have asked for back box, back box bracket to be put on. Also a front fender extender in the hope of keeping some crap off and the next one well Hmmmmmmmmmm. The dealer I got it from is a life long biker racer isle man tt etc. He has also had xt660x and road some distance with this bike so I can say he will give good honest advice.

He has said take off the front top mudguard as this can disturb the bike when riding fastish acting like a sail. He has odered me another front mudguard and brackets he is going to shape and fit front facing onto the lower mudguard bracket which will make this a full front wheel mudguard (is this making sense to you).

So I am now feeling a bit nervous as to the appearance of the bike I can of course return it back to original because nothing has been altered permanantely.

Well only one day to wait. Ranger6

There is a thread about a similiar idea and some photoshop mock ups somewhere on here. Could look good and i'd be interested to see what it looks like.

Never heard the front mud guard acting like a sail and to make it unstable...me thinks its crap and to take off the mud guard will make the bike look ugly

Hiya guys,
Colour blue gold wheels looks the dogs danglers,

Pommie you will have to wait for pictures a bit longer due to items having not arrived when I got the bike today, will have to take the bike back next week to have them fit.

Will it look ugly I dont know but it can be changed back as nothing is spoilt if its ugly trust me it will be back stock.

All I can add is the dealer I use is a life long biker expeience in all types of riding. If he says that is what it does then I am not going to argue but trust his experience and knowledge of bikes. We will see!!!!!!!!!!
