I have used them a couple of times, no issues at all.

Odd - I found Bennets were cheaper than eBike and switched back this year.

I did have an issue with my NCB from eBike.

Last year I switched from Bennets to eBike and transferred 9 years NCB.

This year I switched back, and eBike only send a letter stating "5 years or more" NCB. So be careful if you ever want to go somewhere other than eBike in the future.

Bennets wanted more money if I only had 5 years NCB, but when I pointed out my previous policy numbers (always keep old insurance documents) they were good enough to honour the 9+ years NCB.

I only used eBike as I had a Kawasaki KLX 250 that Bennets would not include on a multi-bike policy. The KLX has gone now, so I went back to Bennets as I prefer dealing with a company you can talk to and not doing everything via eMail (and Bennets were cheaper this year).

Not used e bikes but find the MCN insurance 'finder' well worth a go - you get at least a dozen quotes over the internet, and usually a phone call from one or two of them who are willing to do a deal to get your business - I went with Hastings having used CIA the year before.

i used them for a year then moved on from them and i was assured that there would be no further charges at the end of the policy after paying it off, low and behold 8 months later i get a call from the bayliffs asking for 250 quid saying i cancelled earlty without paying and changed contac details to dodge them but i still have the same number, i reckon they purposely didnt contact me to get the big lads involved, i apealed against it and they had to pay me 250 for my trouble.

Go to 'moneysupermaket' and you will get a few quotes. Works for me. Bennets were best with a NU policy. You will find prices vary on the net as opposed to dealing direct. Worth a look.
