xtx decals on a xtr..will they fit?

I'm thinking of going to White front mudguard, tank panels and rear guard...and I have two questions

1. are the decals on this XTX standard Yamaha issue?

2. do you reckon they will fit my tank panel?..without the XTX sign

They are standard Yamaha issue, I think they are a european limited edition decal. The panels will also fit your bike as a direct bolt on.

although I have never seen an XTX (!)....do the tank panels on this White one, look like XTR ones, not XTX ones? In which case, the decals will definitely fit. I have seen that XTX MODELS BEFORE 2007 have the same side panels as the XTR.? YES?

Does anyone know anymore about the decals, were they only used on this model? What year was it? Were was it released? (in the gallery, the date of photo was 2007). Here is the proper pic...

Those white MK1 XTX are the same panels as all year versions on XTR. So yes they will definitely fit.

The only other thing I know about decals is they are very expensive. my suggestions as impractical as it is, is to take your bike to a sign writers and show them the photos and they can make them up. In my day job I deal with sign writers all the time and they can do literally anything your imagination can think of!

You may be suprised as well it wont be that expensive unless you are going for a full body panel wrap!

Dallas very kindly asked a Netherlands Yamaha Dealer, were the bike was sold as a Limited Edition, and the decals are no longer available....but I would still like some made up.

If anyone else does..let me know, as it will work out cheaper.
