Single can

Hi guys got a pair of Leo vince Exhausts on my ten, ive got a mate who can make a pair of pipes that can eliminate the y piece and use 2 pieces to use either the rght or left can only so could swop what side I want the single can

Questions

in the uk most bikes have there single can on the right hand side when sat on the bike, on the single can Tenere,s ive seen the can is on the left anyone got any idea why, secondly would one Leo vince be free enough to used, my cans bearly get warm so theres no real restriction in them ??

They're on the left on the Ten because that's the side the headers run to, so easier and straighter route to the end can.

You shouldn't have a problem with gas flow with one can, but it will be a lot louder than it is now. Repacking may help a little with this though.
