Temperature and Battery Gauges

Decided to do some more "modding"

I found a digital temp gauge at a local store and it suited my needs perfectly.
It shows the temp on the gauge as well as from a small sensor I placed under the headlight surround, Its nice to see the temp difference between in the wind and behind the shield.
I also made my own Battery and Alternator gauge, The first 3 lights show the battery level when the engine if off and once turned on shows the alternator output, Handy to spot any potential problems before they occur.

I also used some black plastic spray paint on the inside of the screen, It really completes the bad ass look of my Tenere.

Tony, that's a smart bit of kit. Where's it from?? I like the idea of having the temp and battery all in one

Thanks for the link . I have just ordered one for my Honda CX650 Euro. The old Honda has a repution for eating alternators. A simple monitoring system will save the day as the alternator wiring starts to breaks down with age.

Has anyone tried this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/DIGITAL-VOLT...d95b92&vxp=mtr ?
It looks like the one "Titbird" has mounted, but this one is water resistans... It has CLOCK, TEMP IN/OUT, VOLTMETER, ICE ALERT AND STOP WATCH!

I've found it: here with a PDF of instructions here

looks very reasonable, anyone in the US able to ring them and establish if it's waterproof?
