turning the handlebar problem.

Hi everyone,
I have a problem with turning at low speed (30-40 km),
this trouble appear when I break.first I want to turn handlebar but in dont want, after squeezed and then opened, but When opened, very quickly turns.when turned the corner I had a falling hazard a few times.
I guess it can be at wheel bearing.
who have knowledge of this ??

no in fast speed no problem you know we dont need steering in high speed but.when you break after turn left or right (for example 90 degree corner) 20 or 30 km speed.Maybe I need only 10-15 degree steering maneuver but not allowed.big force after suddenly turns.I hope you will understand.
and I guess it s about bearing.is it ??

May be check your brake cable routing and that the cable is free to move lock to lock.

maybe I'm thinking too simple here, but is your tyre pressure correct? I have experienced something similar to what you describe with a soft tyre.
