Tools and cubby holes

Last night whilst prepping the bike for the weekend I was searching for a few places to store the puncture repair kit, pump and tyre levers. I had considered making a small tool tube up and welding it to the crash bar, but couldn't find any end caps to suit the tube I had. In the end I discovered that the tyre levers could be fitted alongside the snorkel on top of the airbox/under the tank, so that was one bulky item sorted.
Next up was the puncture kit, I had thought about velcro-ing it inside the tank protectors/air scoops (yam name). Upon removing the panel I found that I could slip the kit into a bag and strap it around the tank holding bolt. I also discovered that teh offside bolt was about 40mm undone and it was only the grey panel stopping it coming out. No wonder the vibes had increased.
Anyway, so the puncture repair kit was tucked away under the offside panel, so onto the pump. I thought about cable tying it onto a frame rail, but didn't really want to have it visible. I managed to duct tape it up inside the nearside panel no problem, so that's tucked away as well.
I realise this is a dull post, but it's just trying to say there there are plenty of places to hide things that you may need at some point around the Ten.

But where do you store the allen key to get the side panels off?

Ha! I nearly fell foul of that one, it's in the tool roll...

Not really, you can't see any of it with the bike together, and with the panels off it's just a pump duct taped over, a little box under the tank and some levers next to the snorkel, not really worth photog'ing I didn't think. I'll take a few if you want them.

I alread filled up all these holes on my trips, spare keys, spare innertube, patches. I wrote a note where i put everthing and put it in the tool roll under the seat.

These are pretty handy too:

10 euro from hein gericke, and they perfect for that place.
