I am in the middle of fabricating a mounting bracket for the XT660Z Tenere for this Hein Gericke one....... DOH!!!! its not listed on their website yet.

Will take pictures and post later..

As mentioned above, i have been back in the garage to finish off the fitting of my new SATNAV setup.

First i made a plate to mount to the small bar across the top of the clocks.











Next i made an inner plate to fit inside SATNAV bag to keep its shape and also to bolt through to fix outer bracket.



Next i made outer bracket, to stand the SATNAV away from the clocks into the line of sight while riding.





Next, fitted 3M strong velcro type fixing, This stuff is REALLY strong and unlike normal velcro that is fabric based, it does not matter if this gets wet.





Final pictures with screen re-fitted. Bag looks to be shower proof but i am looking for a ziplock type bag to put over it all for when it really p$sses it down.















Fairly easy mod to do just had to make sure of angles on brackets and trying not to take too much off with the file...LOL
