XT660Z Tenere bash/skid plate to fit XT660X

Hi all. Im new on here having just bought a 2005 XT660X. Have had one Thundercat and three R6's over the years and just wanted a total change and really fancied a thumper!
Im looking to fit a skid plate/sump guard to my XT660X. At most it will see gravel tracks but the main reason is to protect the sump and water pump from those stones that get flung up by the front wheel while on the road. I don't like the Yamaha standard skid plate for the XT660X but the one for the Tenere looks great! I have a 2 into 1 exhaust so clearance shouldn't be a problem but how about the mounting points, any idea how much work would be required to adapt it?
Here is one on ebay and it looks very nice:

I have one of those too, only just fitted it, so it hasn't been used offroad yet.

TIP...Check that your water pump hose is protected from chaffing against the sump guard...my one has been touching-so I will replace it, and cover it in Spirap or whatever I have laying about.
