Gobi Panniers - Spares availability?

Back when I had my GS, I wanted a set of Gobi panniers, but the BM ones were cheaper, so I got those.

I was in the right place at the right time to get a secondhand set of Hepco and Beckers finest plastic boxes. They have been unclipped off the frames and sent to me. The frames were not part of the deal so I knew I'd have to get a set of rails.

I purchased the genuine H&B rails just before Christmas and decided to 'dry' assemble them prior to stripping the Tenere down. Good job really as it turns out the mounting blocks come with the Gobi's, but are actually bolted to the frames.

So, apart from two funny shaped blocks, do I need to be trying to order any other bits at the same time?

I just hope I can buy the spare parts?

Thank you Mr Wright, I'll have to ring them on Monday and see if they can help me figure out what I need.
