Hi s.steele259
Welcome to the forum
. I would definately recommend the Avon Distanzia's. I know they are they are not a specialist dry tyre but they have given me so much more confidence full stop. I ride all weathers to work and they are great tryes. Rode about a 1000 miles so far with no sign of wear. They came highly recommended by forum members. Dont worry that they look a bit like off roadish chunky type tyres, they are far superior to the pirelli's in my book.

Ive recently (1000mile) fitted a new tyre on the front of mine and used a 65 profile rather than the original 70. Handles so much better. (though that could also be going from a ****e tyre to a good one :P)
