not a lot you can do, you need the red key to programme new keys just have to bite the bullet and get new ignition barrel but you might be able to programme your old key to new lot?

Not good at all cost around R14000

Is it possible to code from the black key that is already coded?

You sit in hope that you will never lose the black key you have now and that you will never need to reprogram your dash becasue if anything happens to it or your ECU you are well and truly fugged.

Don't disconnect you ECU either or you will be crying.
