I've PMd Peatbog and Gsty had no response from either... But I need a rack! Is there any other alternatives??

Peatbog is having pc problems so cant get on line,think he has sold out of the racks but a new batch is being made as i am looking for one

Ok thanks for that...is anyone in touch with him? His racks look really nice and ideal for me.

I bought the bike to go twitching too, and need to get my scope and tripod on the back (too big for a top box or panniers). ...I sound like an anorak don't I!! :�(

Until I get a rack I'm a bit stuffed, and will have to find something else to do.

I've dropped him an email, he usually replies as soon as he gets a chance.


You could go to TT, but you will pay more for it, and no guarantee it will arrive in time for the summer......


Prior to Pete making these, I purchased a TT 1200GS one
of Ebay, then made a nylon mounting that fits into the locator holes for the Yamaha Top Box ( I also had the topbox at this time). It took ages (mainly because nylon is a git to cut, shave, carve etc) but it works well.
