Anybody bought stuff from offtheroad.de

Ordered a waterpump protector for my new XT660R - paid 55 euros including delivery

Problem it hasn't been delivered - DHL say that they have attempted to deliver it unsuccessfully and that it has been sent back to germany

Nobody has in reality tried to deliver it as my wife is at home with the baby and no calling card was left

I have emailed offtheroad and they said I need to contact DHL and vice versa

Anybody any ideas what to do next ?

I have no part and I am 55 euros out of pocket !!
