Just noticed the sidewall on my front has two small splits!

I guess this could be caused by the dealer if they fit the tyre before hand over or maybe by some spaniard in the factory? anyway the bike had done just 400 miles when I noticed it.

Any idea if this would be covered by any warranty or sale of goods rights?
