I've done lots of ridin' the last couple of days, mostly backroads: an average of 1lt to 25km's, that'll get me more then 500km's far(575 to be precize, with reserve), but I'll fuel up at 500km's. On the highway, doin' 120kmh, I'll get 21km's out of 1lt fuel, so that'll get me more then 450km's far(483km's), but I'll search a gasstation around 400km's, also to stretch my legs and get a drink. Pretty damn fine fuel economy!! One of the very strong points of the Tenere, I think, still goin' strong after more then 16.000km's 'till today! Sorry, guys&gals, for the metric figures, but y'all gotta convert them, please.
Greetz, Hans.
P.s.: like I said before, I don't watch the fuel-gauge, but ride on the tripmeter.
