It not just motorways its anything above 70mph. I find that i get good mpg when commuting as long as i dont sit at 75mph i dont know why but there seems to be a massive difference between 70mph and 75mph in mpg figures.
I know that when you increase your speed its harder to get your bike to push through the air etc etc but at 70-75 i wouldnt have thought it was that hard.
I still find your mpg figures low, i normally get 50-60 mpg and thats giving it some. Either that or you must be caining yours
