Ahh, maybe not the same but I used something similar to repair a puncture on one of my old street bikes... After a week or so I removed the tire to change it and all the white goo stuff that was supposed stick to the tire inside it and repair it was just loose inside (it still fixed the puncture though), don't know if it was the temperatures at that time that did it. We almost 30 Celsius degrees then or then again maybe it is supposed to work like that

Sounds very simliar to the green goo we get here in the UK called slime (same stuff kiethblades talking about), but maybe yours what white stuff.
