The co adjustment only operates in the lower rev range - the ecu fuel map takes over in mid to high ranges and it will not know that you have increased the amount of air going into the engine so I suggest that a Kev mod at a modest price will help with all the ranges that the co does not cover. As Kev says a PCIII is the preferred option but his mod will ensure that you do not get lean burn which can give valve and piston problems through overheating.
