I then sent them an email and got an automated German response which I think reads something along the lines of 'I will not be picking my emails up until August 16th....

This was the email I got:

"Hallo, ich bin bis zum 16. August 2008 nicht da und kann die eMail deshalb nicht lesen."

Anyone had any dealings with them?
