Well I'll answer my question
I contacted Dunlop. They have responded this:

The acceptable wheel width range is 2.50" - 3.50". Therefore, a 110/70-17
tire size can be mounted on a 2.75 x 17" wheel. |
So, I will try this and see what happens. Well... its gonna take few weeks to do all I have to on my motorcycle and I'll report then.
