If it is only the clutch cable you having probelms with techno prisoners in another thread found the clutch cable has a plastic cable tie around it tying it to an oil feed pipe, if you loosen it and move it up he said you will get a bit more slack.

I tried this on mine didnt really do anything but still worth a try as for the other cables and wires you might have to take a few panels off the bike and trace the wires back and try and get some slack from them. If not it could be some new cables etc.
