Ideally they should fit because all the panels are bolted onto the tank which is exactly the same on both models.

My only concern is that the old panels are also fixed to the radiator's grille and on the 07 models they have a new redesigned (smaller) radiator. Perhaps the 07 panels might not fit on 04-06 bikes around the new rad's.
