DNA does have maps, not for all bikes but i have bought DNA stage 2 for two different bikes and in the papers for both of them they write that you can contact them to get maps for your setup.
However it doesnt matter when you go with autotune since you will build your own anyway.
You can use any of the two suggested maps to start with, they will get corrected if properly autotuned.
I did look at your suggested table and to me it seems too lean in many fields, could it be that you have been cruising around doing normal driving with autotune?
To get proper values you need to record under load (I did this fault when i started using autotune and it will throw incorrect values.
