It worked! Thanks to you Sir!
Today I finally got around to dismantle and pick apart the switch. I figured out how I thought it should be put together again in order to work properly, (admittedly nothing super sophisticated). - And, voil�! It worked! The engine would again fire up when in gear, with the clutch disengaged.
At least when I finally remembered to also fold up the side stand.
Made my day!
