Thanks guys, I have already removed the snorkel and it sounds and goes better. It had quite an annoying popping noise over 100ks with the snorkel fitted so pleased that's gone. I'll save some pennies for the Kev fuel mod and a K&N air filter.
I asked the machine shop at work to make some fork spring spacers, that should sort the saggy front end. Checked the TPS setting in Diag mode so learning lots!
