I find with the Nitron shocks once fitted i don't need to adjust them. but if needed on the R1 shock its only on the bottom so very easy to adjust no difference from doing it on my fz1 or tiger 800 and have only needed to adjust it once when i put 2 stone on

.. As i am trade i can get them at a good price. will ring Nitron tomorrow and if they do one for the xt660r i might buy one as they always re sell on for what i paid for them so never lose out. so when my tiger one sells on ebay will just re buy the XT660R shock. Nitron are moving factory at the moment so no one will get a shock in the next month. be lucky for end of Feb.just looked on Nitrons site nothing for the XT660R ? Will have to ring them to double check
