As many will know on here most OE shocks unlike the SACHs unit are non rebuild-able so you have a decent base to start with. I generally buy Nitron for my other bikes and yes you can get a Nitron for the XT and yes there is more adjustment on same but to make it easy to adjust you would need a Hydraulic Adjuster and you are then getting up to fitted north of �800.00, and then you need to sort the front end out as well and you are over �1000 all in. To some that may be worth it but for me the �400.00 is money well spent and the improvement front and rear is really good.
