A flat isn't nice regardless if you have tubes or tubeless. Maybe the good thing about the tubeless is that you can quickly fix it to get somewhere to repair it (which is also easier than tube).

Last tire change I bought the heavyduty tubes, 2 sets, and I havent had any problems so far (8+ months). Really depends on your luck tho, you might miss a screw today but It can wait for you tomorrow.
