I think it's all down to personal preference really Steve,the adjustment is vast on a fully adjustable and being able to adjust it to what you are riding at the turn of knob is just brilliant,having run the ohlins for a while now I would recommend it to anyone. Yes it is expensive and if couldn't of got One i would of gone for the fully adjustable nitron shock. Carrying all that heavy gear perhaps a fully adjustable will be the way for you.
